Gabriel (nka Fear) and Willow4 (nka Factor) are a team. Their adoptive mom reports that they are great! They remain incredibly playful and friendly even though they are fully grown. We love them and they are happy.

Hugh
Hugh

Hugh is doing great in his new home! He plays all the time and loves to follow the family around. He is always on the move but is also a huge snuggler too, which his family loves! He likes to run in circles chasing his tail and has a hard time picking which toy to play with, although he is definitely good and destroying the cheap ones. The original older cat in the home is taking her time getting used to Hugh - he just wants to play with her while she would rather watch. But, he is doing great and is definitely a kitten because he is into everything! His family sends their thanks to IAATCI for introducing them to Hugh, and reports that he has become a great part of their family! They sent some photos, one of which is shown here.

Hugh got a new sister cat in June 2010. Sophie is a lynx point siamese too! At first, Hugh was not so sure about her but now he loves her and grooms her. They play together all the time. If you find the "happy tail" story for Tags kna Sophie, you will see a photo of Hugh as he looks in 2010.

Tags nka Sophie

Tags got a forever home and a forever name in June 2010. She is now known as Sophie and her new mom wrote to let us know that she is doing really well.

Sophie's new family already had a cat - Hugh. He is a lynx point siamese just like Sophie and was adopted from our group in August of 2009. At first he was not so sure about Sophie, but now he loves her and grooms her. They play together all the time. This photo shows them together, with Sophie on the left and Hugh on the right.

Sophie's family writes to us that she fits right into her new family. She sleeps with her new mom at night and is a huge snuggler. She wakes her new mom up every morning by giving her kisses on her face. The family also reports that Sophie is very talkative - especially when they are getting ready to feed her. If you talk to her, she talks to you. She has a huge personality and makes them laugh every day. They feel very lucky to have her!

Jorge nka George
Jorge nka George

Geroge had a sad but inspiring story when he was rescued from animal control. And he had a face that only a special person could love (one eyed, crumpled ears). Lucky for George, that special person came along to rescue him one last time and give him a forever home - March 21, 2009. That special person is Bill and this happy tail is based on his notes to us.

Bill tells us that George (previously known as Jorge) is his shadow. George has slept with him every night since he's been at his new home. He's healthy, happy and has taken over the role of Alpha cat with the 3 resident females. They resisted but he's tenacious.

Bill says "Adopting George was one of the best decisions I've ever made. He is beautiful both inside and out. He lives a life of leisure that he so richly deserves".

Recently, Bill wrote to give us an update on George. He said "It's been well over a year and George is thriving. During his annual physical, he doubled his weight and is a hit at my vet's office. George has never missed a night sleeping in my bed. He has also become my alarm clock. He awakens me every morning by gently touch my cheek with his paw. I open my eyes and see his silhouette, sitting patiently to be scratched on his chin. He still rules my three females but he is a benevolent dictator and they've accepted his leadership. George is also extremely vocal. He 'talks' to me constantly when I'm preparing his food or getting him and the otther their snacks." The photo you see here was attached. We love to hear such happy tails from our adopters and are so glad we can share them with our readers.
